The Phoenix Datacare has been designed to protect your vital digital records from fire, impact and water resistance. Fully tested and certified to the Swedish NT Fire 017 standard, it is capable of withstanding incredibly high temperatures without allowing any damage to occur to diskettes or tapes stored within.
DS2001 - 60dis test standard, providing 60 minutes fire protection for computer backup tapes.
DS2002 - 90dis test standard - providing 90 minutes fire protection for computer backup tapes.
DS2003 - 120dis test standard - providing 120 minutes fire protection for computer backup tapes.
The Datacare features a double door design with an inner data compartment within the main safe. The inner door features water resistant seals to protect computer media from sprinklers that may be activated during a fire. These seals also make the compartment airtight so smoke cannot penetrate it.
The door is secured by either a high security key lock ("K" models), digital lock ("E" models) or fingerprint lock ("F" models). The digital lock includes a variety of advanced features including an alarm and a scramble code feature. Fingerprint models are fitted with an advanced high security touchscreen keypad & fingerprint lock with clear LED display, internal alarm, dual control, hidden code and scrambled code function.
The DS2001 and DS2002 also feature internal hooks for keys for added convenience. Finished in RAL 9003 white, the Datacare is ideal for the office or home, the perfect way to protect your important digital files. The DS003 can also be fitted with pull out media trays as an optional extra.
