Securion comes with a colour print module and a laminating station, both operating in dual-sided mode at just one pass for complete printing, encoding and laminating of a secure card. With it's one-of-a-kind lamination station, Securion provides the highest standard of protection for your cards. The card printer applies any type of film over the entire surface of the card, ranging from simply varnish, to patch films with ultra-high security holograms, to ensure the highest level of security available. Cards will stand the test of time with no signs of wear and tear with proper care. Securion additionally offers data encoding options for magnetic stripe, contact and contactless smart cards.
The Unichroma ribbon used with securion makes it possible to print directly onto polycarbonate cards. These extremely strong cards are required in applications demanding high security levels, all under the economical umbrella of the Evolis Quantum Card Printer. Securion comes with a high-performance dual-sided colour printing module offering a crystal clear 300dpi resolution for outstanding graphics and quality. Photos, texts and barcodes are dependably reproduced for quick visiaul identification. As well as this, the Securion offers high quality laminating through heat transfer. The Securion offers Varnish or Patch film coating, dual-sided lamination, between 2 and 18mm/s.
