It detects banknotes using a 9 watt UV lamp quickly and efficiently, but it also has the ability to detect travel documents as well as official documents with UV features. Unlike the Soldi 120, the Soldi 185 has enhanced counterfeit detection capabilities with white light to show the watermark and a magnetic sensor for checking magnetic properties. This makes the Soldi 185 an even more flexible solution for identifying illegitimate banknotes.
